Job summary

SJS Executives, LLC seeks experienced Electricians for an upcoming contract in Montgomery or Tuskegee, Alabama, supporting maintenance operations at two federal facilities. You will be assigned a primary location with possible secondary site coverage.

The role requires at least 3 years of electrical experience in commercial/industrial settings, robust knowledge of distribution systems, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience in commercial, institutional, industrial, or healthcare settings.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical distribution systems, wiring, panels, circuits, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Must be able to pass drug test and a thorough background check for access onto a federal facility.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and modify electrical systems and equipment within federal facilities.
• Install secondary power distribution, panels, conduits, and branch circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems.
• Install and troubleshoot fire alarm, intrusion, emergency, and safety systems.
• Diagnose electrical faults and locate hard-to-find issues.
• Interpret electrical drawings and determine component placement.
• Perform electrical testing using oscilloscopes, meters, and diagnostic tools.
• Read voltage, current, resistance, and power factor to support installations.
• Maintain safety and comply with federal regulations and facility policies.
