Job summary

Metas Solutions is seeking a Project Manager / Federal Evaluation Lead to support a federal health engagement focused on designing, implementing, and sustaining an evaluation framework.

The ideal candidate will have direct Federal evaluation experience, including performance measurement, data collection and analysis, and evidence synthesis. The role requires leadership as both delivery manager and client lead with potential to serve as key personnel on the project.

Qualifications

• Direct Federal evaluation experience is required.
• Experience with Federal health or public health programs.
• Ability to lead client-facing Federal engagements and manage work plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of federal performance and evaluation support engagement.
• Guide development and implementation of an evaluation and performance-management framework.
• Support outcome, process, impact, and policy evaluation activities.
• Oversee performance data collection, validation, analysis, reporting, and use.
• Coordinate development of evaluation plans, performance measures, findings, recommendations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
• Provide technical assistance to Federal staff, partners, and stakeholders on evaluation design and data collection.
