The role integrates program management, workforce development, learning technology and data, curriculum, certification, and agency coordination.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Federal program management or related field.
• 8+ years leading complex, multi-stakeholder Federal programs.
• Experience establishing governance structures and integrated PM practices.
• Strong Federal stakeholder facilitation and executive communication.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at OPM, 1900 E Street NW, Washington, DC.
• PMP or comparable PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate enterprise learning governance activities across program areas.
• Establish governance model, calendar, cadence, and processes.
• Coordinate stakeholders, FABs, contractors, and delivery partners.
• Prepare decision-ready reporting on outcomes, schedule, budget, and risks.
