Job summary

AMA Consulting, LLC, a Maryland-based firm, seeks a Program Manager / Enterprise Learning Governance Lead to serve as the accountable program executive for a federal enterprise learning governance program. The role integrates program management, workforce development, learning technology and data, curriculum, certification, and agency coordination.

The successful candidate will lead governance, manage staffing and performance, coordinate with OPM and FABs, and deliver decision-ready reporting to

Qualifications

15+ years of Federal program management or related field.
8+ years leading complex, multi-stakeholder Federal programs.
Experience establishing governance structures and integrated PM practices.
Strong Federal stakeholder facilitation and executive communication.
Ability to work full-time onsite at OPM, 1900 E Street NW, Washington, DC.
PMP or comparable PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and integrate enterprise learning governance activities across program areas.
Establish governance model, calendar, cadence, and processes.
Coordinate stakeholders, FABs, contractors, and delivery partners.
Prepare decision-ready reporting on outcomes, schedule, budget, and risks.
