Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Federal Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for a major healthcare provider. This role requires managing large-scale federal projects and delivering successful EHR deployments.

Responsibilities include defining scope for interfaces, creating and maintaining an integrated project plan, and driving progress with stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale federal projects and delivering EHR deployments.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including site, internal and external teams.
• Knowledge of Oracle engagements and project management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements.
• Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan.
• Develop and evaluate alternative actions to overcome barriers.
• Present progress and actions to gain consensus from stakeholders and drive implementation.
