The position emphasizes design-build and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods, with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions and strong client outcomes. A Top Secret clearance and US Citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Experience as a client facing Design Project Manager managing multiple disciplines.
• Top Secret clearance is required and US Citizenship.
• PMI Certification will be considered.
• Demonstrated design and project management experience within Federal and/or DOD markets.
• Experience leading design teams in Design-Build contracts.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, completed on time and within budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the client from beginning to end.
• Develop the project proposal and scope with discipline directors and design leads for budget and scope, then lead fee negotiations.
• Facilitate communication plans and conduct status review meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor financial metrics, schedules and staffing requirements for each project.
• Guide the overall development and quality of project documents and adherence to Jacobs Quality Program.
