Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration is seeking a Data Analytics Consultant to support federal financial operations in a hybrid role based in Washington, DC. You will prepare stipends, track payments, maintain dashboards, and manage financial data to improve visibility into obligations and agency status.

You will develop reports and Power BI dashboards, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist with budget planning and data validation in a fast-paced government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial reporting, data analysis and budget tracking in a federal government contracting environment.
• Experience preparing reports, trackers, dashboards, or payment-related documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Ability to manage shared inboxes, track requests, and coordinate timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare TFM stipend and quarterly incentive requisitions.
• Create and maintain Initial Stipends Payment Reports and related financial tracking documents.
• Update SharePoint repositories with financial, payment, requisition, and agency status data.
• Manage the Operational LEA inbox, tracking actions and coordinating follow-ups.
• Develop financial reports to identify operational vs pending obligations.
• Monitor client payment packet requirements for timely disbursement.
• Analyze financial data to support payment tracking and funding visibility.
• Build Power BI dashboards or similar reporting tools for leadership awareness.
• Support budget planning by reviewing allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with program, finance, and partner agency stakeholders to validate data.
