9th Way Insignia seeks a Program Manager to lead cybersecurity architecture, engineering, and modernization for the VA program. You will coordinate contractor and VA stakeholders, align deliverables with contract requirements, and guide cross-functional teams.

The role requires 10+ years in information security and program management, with Federal A&A/ATO experience. Applicants should excel in risk, schedules, and reporting, and be prepared for occasional on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of information security experience with at least 5 years in cybersecurity and cloud security.
• Experience in project management, security architecture, and security engineering for large programs.
• Familiarity with Federal A&A/ATO processes and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and contract management leadership for cybersecurity architecture, engineering, operations, modernization, and support.
• Interface with Contracting Officer, VA stakeholders, and leadership; translate requirements into actions for the contractor team.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across cybersecurity, cloud security, architecture, engineering, risk/compliance, and DevSecOps.
• Develop and monitor CPMP, WBS, schedules, risks, and performance metrics; ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinate weekly/ monthly reports and briefings; ensure status transparency and issue resolution.
