Job summary

Koniag Operations Services, LLC (KOS) seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead cybersecurity and IT programs for its SBA engagement in Washington, DC. The role requires building high-performing teams, ensuring timely delivery, and managing compliance with FAR, NIST, and FISMA requirements.

You will coordinate with SBA contracting officers, lead program planning, and manage budgets and risk across multi-project efforts, reporting to SBA leadership and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive program/project management experience, with 4+ years in large-scale federal IT/cybersecurity programs.
• PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between SBA, leadership, and program team; maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership; ensure alignment with SBA mission and contract requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans; monitor KPIs, SLAs, and risk mitigation.
• Lead and mentor diverse cybersecurity professionals and project managers; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee contract compliance, reporting, and customer satisfaction; prepare status briefs for SBA leadership.
