We seek professionals who can lead RMF work, synthesize complex findings, and present clear recommendations to technical and executive audiences, with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering RMF or federal security programs.

Responsibilities

• Advise Government & Public Services clients on RMF lifecycle and NIST risk.
• Advise federal agency clients on cybersecurity risk posture and RMF strategies.
• Lead development/review of ATO packages (SSPs, SARs, POA&M).
• Assess or develop cyber risk strategy related to data risk and risk frameworks.
• Drive risk assessments and mitigation plans aligned to client needs.
• Implement risk management solutions aligned to client priorities.
• Develop cyber strategies grounded in leading practices and frameworks.
• Synthesize findings into actionable reports and executive briefings.
• Develop presentations to communicate technical findings to diverse audiences.
• Deliver key messages with clarity; tailor style to audience.
• Understand business operations and industry trends impacting cyber posture.
• Identify and evaluate business/tech risks; link to business impact.
• Provide guidance and quality review to junior team members.
• Participate in problem-solving and propose efficiencies.
• Own outputs through final review and client submission.
• Assist in proposal development as needed.
