Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Three or more years of post-J.D. experience preferred.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills; strong organizational and public presentation abilities.
• Significant computer literacy and familiarity with criminal procedure, including Fourth Amendment law.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and prosecute cases across unemployed insurance fraud, drugs, human trafficking, organized crime, terrorism, white collar crime, and more.
• Possess leadership potential; may be considered for supervisory roles and team management.
• Work effectively with attorneys, staff, investigative agencies, witnesses, and victims.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings; prepare day-to-day correspondence.
• Experience with grand jury practice and investigative techniques is desirable.
