Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Cost Estimator to prepare detailed federal cost estimates and support bid and project activities. You will analyze contractor proposals, reference UFCs and related guidelines, and collaborate with PMs and engineers to ensure accurate estimates across design stages.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, with travel up to 100%. Proficiency in MCACES II, RSMeans and related tools is preferred. U.S. citizenship is required.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates using industry-standard tools.
• Analyze cost proposals, bids and change orders for compliance with FAR/DFARS and agency regs.
• Develop, maintain cost models and documentation for government reviews.
