Testing Site - JPMC seeks an experienced federal contracts professional to support lifecycle management, compliance, and audits for US government programs. You will liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure obligations are met and risks are mitigated.

The role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks across cross-functional teams. Federal experience and citizenship or permanent status are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal contract administration or management experience.
• Working knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR, DFAR, FAA, FASP).
• Familiarity with contract terms, procurement mechanisms, and partner/sub-contractor agreements.
• Understanding of federal product/service definitions (COTS, DoL – Non-professional services).

Responsibilities

• Supports the Public Sector Contracts Manager throughout the contract lifecycle, including review, execution, maintenance, and closeout.
• Ensures adherence to federal compliance frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, FAR, DFAR, FCA, FAA, and FASP.
• Monitors deliverables and compliance to meet contractual obligations.
• Coordinates with Product, Operations, Technology, Security, Controls & Risk, Legal, and external partners.
• Maintains repository of active/inactive, won/lost federal contracts within Public Sector.
• Supports federal contract audits, including FAR, DFAR, FAA, and FASP.
• Provides admin support for contract modifications, addenda/change orders, renewals.
• Researches federal government contract spending trends to inform strategy.
• Tracks deal lifecycle, compliance metrics, and contract-related disputes.
• Represents the firm at federal government contracting industry events.
• Synthesizes information and facilitates resolution of delivery/product gaps with cross-functional teams.
