Job summary

Ignite Digital seeks a qualified Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government contracts, from capture to closeout, including GWACs and IDIQs. You will draft and negotiate documents, ensure FAR/DFAR compliance, and advise leadership on contractual obligations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of federal contract experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a track record in pricing, OCI mitigation, and formal subcontracts management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years federal contract experience.
• Familiarity with FAR and DFAR regulations.
• Experience with Cost Plus, T&M, FFP, FPLOE contracts and GWACs/IDIQs.
• Experience writing and managing OCI mitigation plans.
• Experience developing pricing and cost proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of GWACs, GSA contracts, OTAs, CSOs, SBIRs, IDIQs and subcontracts from capture to closeout.
• Prepare and negotiate federal contract documents (subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements).
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR; provide education and guidance.
• Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and requirements.
• Review proposals for compliance and accuracy; coordinate with capture teams.
• Draft subcontractor RFPs ensuring proper flowdowns.
• Serve as primary interface with customers/subcontractors on contractual matters.
• Perform day-to-day contract administration; resolve funding, invoicing, and deliverable issues.
• Coordinate internal reviews and implement new policies for federal compliance.
