Job summary

Ignite Digital is seeking a contract professional to support government-wide contracts and related procurement efforts. You will prepare and negotiate contract documents, ensure FAR/DFAR compliance, and advise leadership on contractual requirements while coordinating with capture and proposal teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of federal contract experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD government security clearance. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

• In-depth knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of government-wide acquisition contracts (GWACs), GSA contracts, OTAs, CSOs, SBIRs, subcontracts, IDIQs, and task orders from capture through closeout.
• Prepare and negotiate federal contract documents, including NDAs and teaming agreements.
• Adhere to FAR and DFAR provisions; provide education and guidance as needed.
• Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and requirements.
