You will conduct market research, prepare independent cost estimates, assist in creating solicitations/awards, and coordinate with program offices, SMEs, CORs, and COs through all phases of the acquisition process.

Qualifications

  • Experience handling full range of contract actions including solicitations, awards, modifications, negotiations, and contract closeout.
  • Knowledge of FAR requirements and procurement regulations.
  • Proficiency with contract writing systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prepare Independent Government Cost Estimates and market research documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently with minimal government oversight.
  • Provide advice on acquisition plans, strategies, sources, and contracting methods.
  • Research government-wide contracts and potential sources; evaluate services and costs.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, market research, and OA documents.
  • Coordinate with SME, COR, CS, and CO during all acquisition phases.
  • Support creation of solicitations, amendments, and award documents; maintain eFile uploads.
  • Support negotiations and document negotiation objectives and outcomes.
