Job summary

Cube Root Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative (Construction CM and QA) to support DHS/ICE federal projects across the United States and territories. The role requires extensive QA/QC experience and knowledge of the 3-phase quality control process.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen with OSHA and CQM certifications, able to travel, and proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

10–15 years of construction QA/QC experience.
OSHA Certification required.
CQM (Construction Quality Management) Certification required.
U.S. Citizen.
Ability to pass DHS/ICE security background investigation.
Experience interpreting construction plans, specifications and contract documents.
Experience inspecting materials, workmanship, and safety compliance.
Experience overseeing contractors, subcontractors, and construction personnel.
Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor contractor quality control activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Implement and oversee the 3-phase quality control process.
Attend preparatory meetings, initial-phase meetings, and follow-up inspections.
Verify contractor preparation of meeting minutes and daily CQC reports.
Ensure quality control procedures are properly documented and executed.
Inspect construction work for compliance with contract documents, safety requirements and codes.
Monitor and document material testing, system testing, environmental and safety compliance.
Track deficiencies and corrective actions; ensure closeout documentation.
