Job summary

BORJA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead federal DoD facilities projects across CA, NV, AZ, HI. You will manage vertical construction from $4M to $15M, lead multiple projects end-to-end, and drive business development while maintaining client relationships.

The role requires on-site leadership, strong estimating and budgeting skills, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Travel may be required, with a negotiable pay structure.

Qualifications

• Federal, state, and local government project experience as lead PM on large projects.
• Design-build experience is a plus.
• BA/BS in engineering or Construction Management related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage vertical construction projects from $4M to $15M in value.
• Lead multiple projects through estimate, buyout, start-up, progress, and completion.
• Develop business, maintain client relationships, and manage subcontractor/vendor relations.
• Prepare budgets, estimates, and cost control plans; track progress.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and compliance per contract and regulations.
• Direct field staff and subcontractors; ensure effective communication with client and office.
