• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and related docs for construction implications.
• Translate requirements into actionable information for field personnel.
• Keep questions and responses moving to avoid execution delays.
• Coordinate project information and follow up with stakeholders on preconstruction items.
• Navigate federal review processes and challenging stakeholder conversations.
