Outside The Box, LLC seeks a Federal Construction Junior Estimator to join the PreConstruction team in Fayetteville, NC. You will support senior estimators and project managers by gathering information, preparing quotes, and assembling RFQ packages for government projects.
The ideal candidate has a 2-year construction degree (or higher) and experience reading drawings, using drafting tools, and tracking bids from multiple sources.

The Junior Estimator works within the PreConstruction team, supporting Project Management to ensure success as it relates to all estimating assignments associated with vendor RFQ (Request for Quote) responses and estimating. This person will assist the PreConstruction Manager / senior estimators / Project Managers in obtaining the necessary information in order to generate and send quotes to customers in a timely fashion.
Various construction projects using a variety of construction systems, in different environments and regional areas. Work will consist of, but not be limited to general and specialized construction including new construction, interior/exterior renovations/rehabilitations, tenant improvements and system upgrades.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be worn as part of the safety precautions, when visiting construction sites.
