StartCHURCH is seeking a Federal Compliance Specialist to provide expert-level guidance and document preparation for tax-exempt status applications. Responsibilities

• Prepare IRS response letters for applications requiring additional information or follow-up.
• Produce a minimum of ten federal document packages weekly.
• Communicate proactively with clients to ensure progress and timely submission of materials.
• Maintain professional correspondence with clients via email, phone and other approved channels.
• Anticipate client needs and keep processes moving smoothly.
• Manage sensitive client interactions professionally and resolve challenges.
