Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Principal Security Compliance Analyst to lead federal compliance and authorization programs for U.S. Government customers and enterprise objectives.

You will drive readiness, continuous compliance, and risk management across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments, guiding cross-functional teams and communicating with executives. The role requires deep experience in federal authorization programs, strong liaison skills, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading security compliance, audit, governance, risk, and federal authorization programs.
• Experience leading Agency ATO, FedRAMP, or equivalent government authorization programs.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end federal compliance efforts for U.S. Federal customers, including readiness assessments and audits.
• Act as primary liaison with customer security teams, regulators, assessors, and auditors.
• Drive authorization package development, review, submission, and maintenance activities.
• Lead POA&M management and remediation planning through closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Cloud Operations, PM, Security, Legal, and vendors.
