Job summary

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead execution of a federally compliant multi-cloud data platform for a federal client. You will oversee governance, delivery, and contract requirements with a focus on secure, scalable operations.

Responsibilities include leading program activities, developing management artifacts, and delivering performance reports. Strong experience with FISMA/FedRAMP/Zero Trust and NIH/HHS programs is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience managing NIH/HHS federal IT programs is preferred.
• Experience managing ATO authorized cloud systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust and multi-cloud architectures.
• Certifications such as Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Agile/SAFe are welcomed.
• Experience achieving ATO within aggressive timeframes (~4 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of all contract activities and personnel.
• Manage full lifecycle delivery including platform build, ATO, operations, and transition.
• Develop program artifacts: WBS, risk logs, schedules, dashboards.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with cost updates and status.
• Oversee multi-cloud strategy, architecture decisions, and cost modeling.
• Ensure compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust.
• Coordinate transition planning with incumbent contractor and government stakeholders.
