Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud engineering experience across major providers.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized workloads.
• Automation scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of monitoring and incident response workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting mission‑critical government workloads.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code for consistent, repeatable deployments (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible).
• Configure and manage identity, access, networking, and security controls across cloud environments.
• Support CI/CD pipeline operations and containerized workload deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot incidents, and drive resolution across Tier 1–3 issues.
• Support patching cycles, baseline updates, and configuration management activities.
• Implement and maintain security controls, STIG checks, and vulnerability remediation.
• Participate in Agile sprints, standups, and retrospectives; document runsbooks.
