Oracle Health is seeking a Clinical Consultant to partner with federal healthcare organizations, guiding EHR adoption and workflow redesign at scale. You will leverage clinical informatics expertise to drive change management and ensure sustained utilization of Oracle's EHR solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical, operational, and IT teams, engagement with federal staff, and alignment with security policies. U.S. citizenship is required for federal engagements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Active RN license (State Board) is required.
• Total of 8+ years combined related work experience, including 5+ years licensed clinical practice and 1 year clinical consulting/HCIT experience.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

Mansioni

• Serve as an experienced clinical professional guiding Federal customers through the change process for EHR adoption across services.
• Coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow adoption.
• Facilitate business process change and redesign.
• Provide change management consulting to ensure organizational readiness, adoption, and sustainment.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to support deployment planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live optimization.
• Provide clinical informatics leadership—translating clinical needs into workflow and system design that improves quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Support end-user adoption through stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training/enablement strategies.
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures; safeguard assets and report security compromises within scope.
