Qualifications

• Must reside in the district to which appointed or within 25 miles thereof.

Responsibilities

• Defensive litigation in federal district courts and federal appellate courts.
• Represent the U.S. Government and its agencies in defensive civil matters.
• Engage in motions practice, discovery, depositions, settlements, and appeals.
