Guidehouse is seeking a Project Manager to lead federal child support modernization efforts. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, drive day-to-day execution, and coordinate with federal staff, state IV-D agencies, and technology partners to deliver on modernization goals.

You will guide program operations, risk management, and certification readiness while providing strategic direction across workstreams and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional experience leading complex federal/state initiatives.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and client-facing projects.
• Proven ability to translate policy and operational concepts into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for child support modernization and related workstreams.
• Manage workplans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and staffing across teams.
• Coordinate with federal staff, state IV-D agencies, partners, and leadership.
• Oversee risk, issues, dependencies, and performance to ensure quality delivery.
• Support executive communications, briefing materials, and client-ready products.
