Job summary

Guidehouse in the United States is seeking a Budget/Finance Analyst to support the Department of Justice’s Office on Violence Against Women. You will help with budget formulation, execution, and financial reporting for OVW grants.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ experience in federal financial management including planning, forecasting, reporting and budget execution

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget development, execution, and formulation activities with budget exhibits and base adjustments
• Maintain accounting and financial tracking tools for grants and programs
• Prepare and analyze budget reports and crosscuts for OVW
• Reconcile and validate transactions in UFMS and JEDI systems
• Provide ad-hoc financial queries and reporting to OVW management
• Enter and review travel authorizations, vouchers, requisitions, and invoices
