Job summary

Concept Plus seeks a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support CI/CD DevSecOps delivery for Federal IT systems. The role integrates data across teams to provide dashboards and reports, enabling visibility into delivery performance, system health, and operational trends.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in BI, strong SQL, and experience with Power BI/Tableau within an Agile environment, and must be able to obtain a Tier-3 Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Tier-3 Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting within a technical or enterprise environment
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Experience working with structured data sources (e.g., SQL, relational databases)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support program visibility and decision-making.
• Analyze data across systems to identify trends, risks, and performance insights.
• Collaborate with development, DevSecOps, QA, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., systems, pipelines, tools such as Jira) to provide end-to-end visibility.
• Support development of KPIs and performance metrics related to delivery, system health, and operational outcomes.
• Ensure data is structured and presented in a way that supports self-service reporting and stakeholder access.
• Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Support data governance practices, including data definitions, lineage, and documentation.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to automate reporting and improve data workflows
