Litigate enforcement matters and seek relief in civil matters in consumer bankruptcy cases.
Supervise private trustees and handle appellate matters to support the Program's mission.
Collaborate with federal/state agencies and other DOJ components on national priorities.
Provide courtroom experience across a wide range of bankruptcy issues and develop policy guidance.
