Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active bar admission are required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the United States in criminal and civil matters in federal court.
• Conduct case assessment, discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals as needed.
• Engage in habeas corpus petitions and other post-conviction matters when applicable.
• Coordinate with DOJ components and federal agencies on matters of national significance.
