Job summary

CDIT LLC in Slidell, Louisiana seeks an experienced ATO / Risk Management Framework Lead to drive Authorization to Operate for federal systems and keep them authorized. You will build authorization packages, coordinate assessments, manage continuous monitoring, incident reporting, and ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-53 baselines, FIPS standards, and FedRAMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in federal information security and RMF work.
• Experience leading a system through ATO with written SSP and POA&M.
• Fluent in risk, privacy, incident response, and continuous monitoring.
• Strong technical writing and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Draft Privacy Threshold Analysis and Privacy Impact Assessment support package.
• Determine CUI type and select efficient ATO path with FedRAMP inheritance guidance.
• Coordinate security assessment and remediate findings to closure.
• Document Zero Trust approach and quarterly scorecard submissions.
• Maintain security documentation and incident reporting throughout performance.
