RS&H is seeking an experienced, licensed Architect to join our Federal Architecture team in Norfolk, Virginia. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of working both remotely and from our Norfolk office while supporting the planning, design, and delivery of facilities for federal clients.
As a key member of our Buildings team, you will lead and contribute to complex federal architectural projects from concept development through construction administration. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical leadership, maintain strong client relationships, and help deliver innovative, mission-focused solutions that support federal agencies and their evolving needs.

The salary range for this position is $120,000–$140,000 per year, representing the employer’s goodfaith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on job‑related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location, where applicable.
This role may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, an employee assistance program, retirement and financial protection programs (401(k), short and longterm disability), paid time off (including holidays and paid parental leave), and HSA funding up to $1,200 annually.
