Job summary

Karsun Solutions in the United States is seeking an experienced AI Architect to modernize digital services for Veterans Affairs. You will design secure enterprise AI architectures and guide delivery teams across cloud and on‑prem platforms.

Work with VA stakeholders and DTC Platform Leads to integrate AI with Salesforce, Power Platform, Pega, Box and Appian, and establish governance, HIPAA/privacy compliance, and scalable, secure solutions across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, plus 7 years of relevant experience (10 years can substitute).
• Experience designing secure enterprise AI architectures across cloud and on-premises.
• Experience leading enterprise AI integration efforts across multiple initiatives.
• Ability to obtain VA Public Trust background investigation.
• Available on contract award and willing to sign a commitment letter.

Responsibilities

• Assess design and oversee secure enterprise AI architectures.
• Apply AI patterns across cloud and on‑prem platforms to improve scalability and security.
• Define AI integration with DTC platforms (Salesforce, Power Platform, Dynamics, Pega, Box, Appian).
• Lead AI integration efforts and validate decisions through architecture gates.
• Establish AI governance, including model selection and HIPAA/VA privacy requirements.
• Guide AI and delivery teams to ensure compliant delivery.
• Educate VA stakeholders on AI architecture options and adoption.
