Job summary

CACI International Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Federal Acquisition & Procurement Specialist to support the DOT/FTA.

You will coordinate the acquisition lifecycle, work with CORs, program offices, and acquisition professionals to ensure compliance and timely contract actions. Responsibilities include assisting with PR packages, developing SOW/SOO/PWS, IGCEs, and market research, and maintaining real-time tracking for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience using the FAR in procurements.
• Familiarity with contract types (FFP, Cost Reimbursable, LH, T&M).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CORs and program offices across the full acquisition lifecycle.
• Help prepare PR packages and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Develop SOW, SOO, and PWS, legal justifications and cost estimates.
• Create real-time contract tracking and reporting for stakeholders.
• Support closeout actions and data validation across divisions.
