Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees DeCA-wide fiscal policy, accounting operations, and financial reporting.
• Leads preparation of audited/unaudited financial statements in compliance with the CFO Act.
• Directs division operations, resource planning, and personnel management for the Accounting Division.
• Provides expert guidance on DeCA funds, internal controls, and accounting system requirements.
• Represents DeCA in negotiations, audits, conferences, and coordination with DoD and external agencies.
