Qualifications

• BA/BS in management, engineering, or business.
• Active CPA certification required.
• CDFM or CGFM certification preferred.
• 5+ years of Federal Real Property and financial management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and operational management support for PC&I and CSO projects including cost estimating, spend plans, and policy updates.
• Provide expertise on Federal Appropriation Law, Congressional/DHS/USCG Financial Policy to support program integrity and compliance.
• Support accountability of Real Property assets in USCG financial systems.
