General Description:
The Field Inspection Technician will be responsible for conducting detailed on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties. This role ensures the accurate assessment of property conditions, including identifying roof damage, construction issues, and other structural concerns. The technician will document findings, take measurements, and generate reports to assist in insurance claims, repairs, or maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofs, siding, windows, and other property areas.
• Identify and document any damage from hail, wind, or other environmental factors.
• Provide accurate measurements and photos to support inspection reports.
• Communicate with property owners regarding inspection results and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards during all site visits.
• Maintain inspection records and submit detailed reports in a timely manner.
• Assist in developing estimates for repair or replacement work as needed.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and inspect roof areas.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate construction sites.
