PetVet365 in Minnesota is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a Fear Free, client-centered practice that balances medicine with life-work harmony. You’ll work in a collaborative hospital that emphasizes patient comfort, family trust, and professional growth.

You will grow through an apprenticeship-style mentorship with partner doctors across general medicine, dentistry, and surgery, while pursuing CE and leadership development and a clear path toward potential ownership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, Fear Free medical, surgical, and dental care with individualized patient plans
• Grow through apprenticeship-style mentorship across full spectrum of care
• Diagnose and treat general, dental, surgical, and preventive cases while pursuing CE and leadership development
• Communicate treatment options clearly with empathy to strengthen doctor–client bonds
• Mentor veterinary technicians and foster a positive hospital culture
• Collaborate with leadership to review performance and improve processes
• Participate in community outreach and client education initiatives
• Pursue leadership or ownership opportunities through partnership track
