Responsibilities

• Deliver Fear Free medical, surgical, and dental care with time to treat each patient
• Grow through apprenticeship-style mentorship with partner doctors across the full spectrum of care
• Diagnose and treat cases in general practice, dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness with CE and leadership growth
• Communicate treatment options with empathy and transparency to strengthen the doctor-client bond
• Mentor and collaborate with veterinary technicians to foster a positive hospital culture
• Partner with leadership to review performance, improve processes, and grow the practice
• Participate in outreach, client education, and community events to serve the community
