The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong skills in ANSYS, Abaqus, and Nastran, with proven project management and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field; higher degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a similar mechanical/FEA role.
• Experience with product development lifecycle and systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of hardware components in electronics manufacturing.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with mechanical simulations focusing on structural analysis, vibration and dynamic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources for mechanical simulations.
• Develop best practices and SOPs for simulation activities.
• Collaborate with design, R&D, manufacturing and testing teams to support validation.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of mechanical simulations and structural analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement to manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and provide technical support.
