Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree or higher in quality assurance/management, data science, statistics, computer forensics, epidemiology, pharmacy, public health, engineering, food science, law or regulations, or related healthcare or science field.
• Degree must be from an accredited program.
• Band W requires bachelor’s with no experience or 2 years of comparable FDA-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect FDA-regulated establishments and products.
• Collect samples and participate in investigations.
• Document violations of FD&C Act and related regulations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. laws to protect patients and consumers.
