Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of substantive experience at a leading law firm in M&A, healthcare regulatory, FDA regulatory or life-sciences transactional matters
• Experience representing buyers, sellers, and financial sponsors in domestic and cross-border transactions
• Strong FDA regulatory knowledge and health care regulatory framework
• Ability to manage discrete workstreams and coordinate with teams

Responsibilities

• Advise on FDA and healthcare regulatory matters affecting life sciences and investor clients
• Conduct regulatory due diligence in corporate transactions
• Review FDA-regulated product issues incl. drugs, devices, diagnostics
• Draft and negotiate regulatory and quality provisions in commercial agreements
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel and SMEs
• Oversee legal research on FDA regulation and enforcement risk
