Qualifications

• JD required with strong regulatory and compliance understanding.
• Experience translating FDA/healthcare rules into client guidance.
• Ability to deliver clear, actionable advice to clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on FDA and USDA-regulated product areas.
• Provide guidance on product development strategy, labeling, and advertising.
• Manage safety and compliance including adverse event reporting and recalls.
• Conduct agency inspections and remediation of inspection findings.
• Collaborate effectively across practice groups.
