Job summary

REI Systems is seeking an experienced AI Evangelist & Chief Architect to lead strategic and technical AI initiatives across complex federal environments, with a dedicated focus on the FDA account. You will shape the AI vision, identify high-value opportunities, and guide secure, scalable, and mission-aligned AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI strategy in federal/government environments.
• Proven ability to translate AI strategy into scalable architectures.
• Strong collaboration with C-suite and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of REI's AI practice at FDA and build trusted relationships with FDA leadership.
• Define and communicate an enterprise AI vision, strategy, and reference architecture.
• Design scalable AI architectures using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents and cloud services.
• Establish reusable AI architecture patterns and governance practices.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for AI pilots and production deployments within FDA IT portfolios.
