Job summary

UW-Stevens Point is hiring two FCS Lab Attendants for the Health Sciences and Wellness Family and Consumer Sciences Lab, room 304. You will host open lab hours, assist majors with class projects, and help maintain a clean, well-organized lab.

Requirements include completing at least one FCS lab course, willingness to learn, adaptability, and FERPA confidentiality; availability Tue/Thu 4-8 pm during fall and spring semesters. Hourly rate is $14.00.

Qualifications

• Completed at least one FCS lab course.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to lab tasks.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and confidentiality (FERPA).
• Available to work open lab hours: Tue/Thu 4:00–8:00 pm during the academic year.

Responsibilities

• Host open lab hours in the FCS Lab, room 304.
• Assist FCS majors with class projects.
• Operate lab equipment (Cricut, quilter, sewing machines, edible food printer).
• Maintain a clean, organized lab space.
