Job summary

Credit One Bank is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the growth of the organization by improving and maintaining operational metrics through analysis of diverse systems and processes. This role will mentor junior analysts within the Operations Analytics team and collaborate with key stakeholders to define success metrics and report KPIs.

You will evaluate performance of strategies, present findings to management, manage analytic plans and timelines, and lead data analysis tool

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or other STEM related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with Python or a similar programming language.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with advanced data analytics, tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight into business performance, trends, improvement opportunities, and root cause analysis in a clear and creative way using a variety of reporting tools and techniques.
• Evaluate, analyze, and report the impact and performance of operational strategies.

• Lead others in the utilization and optimization of data analysis tools.

Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support the overall growth of the organization. The individual in this position will primarily be responsible for improving and maintaining operational business measurements through the analysis of diverse systems and processes at Credit One Bank. This Senior Analyst will support junior analysts within the Operations Analytics team and work with key stakeholders to identify improvements, define success metrics, and report key performance indicators that support achievement of business strategy from an Operations perspective.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or other STEM related field
• 3-5 years of experience with Python or a similar programming language is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with advanced understanding of advanced data analytics, tracking, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Demonstrated ability to convey technical information to non-technical and technical professionals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
