Job summary

FCM is seeking a Junior Automation Analyst to support and evolve automation solutions across North America, with remote work in the US. You will triage tickets, test and optimize workflows, and document changes while collaborating with developers and stakeholders.

You’ll engage with SAP Compleat, Sabre, Salesforce, and travel tech tools, ensuring quality service and clear communication. Salary ranges reflect US market norms.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn new automation systems.
  • Experience implementing and supporting SAP Compleat automation platform.
  • Strong knowledge of automation workflows (pre QC, QC, pre-ticket, auto-ticket, post-ticket).
  • Experience with Sabre GDS (queues and PNR history).
  • Familiarity with OBTs such as Concur, DEEM, or Cytric.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Strong client interaction and technical communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service role.
  • Basic understanding of Web Services, XML, and SQL databases.
  • Strong written, verbal, and technical documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and SCRUM methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience with travel technology automation platforms (preferred).
  • Amadeus GDS experience (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Concur RRF (Routine Request Form).

Responsibilities

  • Gather detailed information on new development requests and reported issues, triaging to appropriate teams.
  • Review and resolve internal automation platform issues via ticketing systems.
  • Apply prioritization frameworks to ensure critical requests are addressed efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and developers throughout issue resolution.
  • Update and maintain technical documentation based on support activity.
  • Perform accurate list and database updates with strong attention to detail.
  • Stay current on automation tools and evolving travel technology capabilities.
  • Ensure service agreements are upheld to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Test code in development and staging environments prior to operational handoff.

Key Responsibilities

*Vacation, Personal, and Sick time accrual rates will vary based on full‑time or part‑time employee status. Recognized Holidays are either paid time off or, if required to work due to job requirements, holiday pay rate, and may vary depending on state.

Location – Remote, US

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $68,000 - $75,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
