Job summary

FC Cincinnati is offering an FCC2 Performance Analyst Intern position based at the Mercy Health Training Center in Milford, Ohio. You will learn how performance analysis is used at the elite level while supporting the Performance Analysis Department.

The role is hourly paid and may provide college credit. The candidate must be able to work up to 28 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, and have strong soccer knowledge and coaching qualifications.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (preferred fields: Business, Sport Management, or related).
• Soccer coaching qualifications - US Soccer D or equivalent.
• Strong technical and tactical knowledge of soccer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving performance analysis provisions for FC Cincinnati 2.
• Film FC Cincinnati 2 training sessions when required.
• Post code FC Cincinnati 2 training sessions per club principles.
• Post code goalkeeper training in line with club principles.
• Label and post code FC Cincinnati 2 games.
• Contribute to opposition analysis in written and video formats.
• Conduct individual research projects.

Job Title: FCC2 Performance Analyst Intern

Reports to: Director of Player Pathway

Position Summary

In this internship, you will be working within the Performance Analysis Department. You can expect to learn and gain valuable experience in how performance analysis is utilized at the elite level. The candidate for this role must be able to up to 28 hours a week. This position will be based out of the Mercy Health Training Center in Milford, Ohio. This is an hourly paid internship and college credit is also available if needed.

What You’ll Do

• Help drive the performance analysis provision
• Film FC Cincinnati 2 team or goalkeeping training when required
• Post code FC Cincinnati 2 training sessions in line with FC Cincinnati club playing principles
• Post code goalkeeper training in line with FC Cincinnati club position principles
• Post code and label FC Cincinnati 2 games
• Assist in the production of opposition analysis both written and video based
• Individual research projects
