Job summary

Capgemini collaborates with Farmers to recruit, govern, and manage IT talent across Cloud environments, emphasizing governance, compliance, and security.

We focus on operations, audit, and compliance with opportunities for data visualization and Power Apps. Flexible work arrangements are offered, with a dynamic and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience, with preference for infrastructure, operations, audit, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks.
• Familiarity with Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in data visualization or Power Apps is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with auditors, testers, and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
• Support governance across Farmers’ managed Cloud environments.
• Collaborate with other towers within Cloud Transformation to ensure compliance.
• Organize Disaster Recovery Tests and maintain DR documentation.
• Work with internal testers, auditors and external parties in support of Audit and Compliance.
• Assist with remediation efforts for non-compliant infrastructure requirements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
