Job summary

MyPowerSports is seeking an on-site FBA specialist to manage Amazon fulfillment operations with room to grow into a management role as the business expands. You will handle inbound shipments to FBA, monitor statuses, and help build out FBA and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) operations.

The role starts at specialist level, focusing on day-to-day mechanics of getting inventory into Amazon’s network, with training and clear path to leadership as expertise grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, specifically sending shipments to FBA.
• Proficient in Google Sheets for shipment tracking and record keeping.
• Experience preparing LTL shipments.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 lb boxes repeatedly and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and send inbound shipments to Amazon FBA
• Monitor shipment statuses and resolve discrepancies with Amazon Seller Central
• Prepare inventory for LTL shipments to fulfillment centers
• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Assist with FBA returns and removal orders
• Support Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) shipments and processes
• Maintain shipment and inventory records in Google Sheets
• Learn and apply Amazon performance metrics and demand forecasting (training provided)
• Operate with minimal supervision while meeting shipping deadlines
